We set up on site
We bring the lights, backdrop and real-time review screen to a conference room, lobby or empty office. Nobody has to leave the building.
Coached sessions
Each person steps in for about 15 minutes. Violet coaches the expression, then each employee reviews the images and picks a favorite on the spot.
Retouched and consistent
Every chosen image is professionally retouched to the same standard, ready for your website, LinkedIn, proposals and press. Your setup stays on file for future hires.

How much do corporate headshots cost in Indianapolis?
Express team sessions are $160 per person, plus the on-location studio from $230 depending on distance. A 10-person team starts around $1,830, about $183 per person with the studio included. Teams of 20 or more qualify for sliding rates. See all rates.
How long does each person need?
About 15 minutes for an Express session, including coaching and choosing a favorite image. Leadership Pro sessions take 30 minutes.
Is there a minimum team size?
Express team sessions start at 6 people. Smaller groups can book Pro sessions on site, or visit the studio in Indianapolis.
What space do you need in our office?
A conference room, lobby or empty office usually works. We bring the lights, backdrop and review screen.
How many images does each person get?
One fully retouched headshot per person with an Express session. Extra retouched images are $70 each.
Can new hires or remote employees match later?
Yes. We keep your lighting and background setup on file, so new hires can be photographed later, at the studio or a future team day, and still match your team page.
Do you work outside Indianapolis?
Yes. We photograph teams across the metro, including Carmel, Fishers and Zionsville, and take on regional projects in Chicago, Milwaukee, Louisville, Cincinnati and Columbus.
