Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every session booked with Violet Gorgi Corporate Headshot Photographer and to every photo we deliver.

  1. Photo credit. Crediting the photographer is mandatory by law.
  2. Editing. You may crop the photos to suit your needs or convert them entirely to black and white. Any other color manipulation, such as Instagram filters, is not permitted.
  3. EXIF data. You may not alter or remove the existing EXIF information embedded in the JPG files.
  4. Online gallery. Photos hosted on the “Customer Access” page are deleted two months after they are posted. Please download your images within that period.
  5. Deposit and cancellation. A 30% deposit is required to reserve your session. If you do not attend your session or choose to cancel it, the deposit is not refunded. You may, however, use your deposit to reschedule a new session.
  6. Usage rights. All delivered photos include the right to use and distribute them on all media, worldwide, for 10 years. This right can be renewed by simple request.
